Abandoning my enjoyable, successful, yet unfulfilling career as a CFO in the diamond industry in pursuit of personal happiness, I stumbled upon the core self-evaluation psychological trait of Locus of Control. I discovered it to be grossly "imbalanced". I researched to find a connection between the trait and happiness (subjective well-being). The book reveals its statistically significant findings!
